Description

In the 1960s Customs Agents worked hard played hard. This book will highlight some of the cases and the comical things that happened in the day to day activities of a Customs Special Agent. It is intended to make you laugh at some of the antics of fellow workers, as to what they said and did. Funny things that occurred while conducting actual investigations. This book was written as fiction, but taken from real life experiences. It is left to your imagination, where reality lies and fiction begins. It will give you insight as to how an Agent picks out a smuggler from a crowd of arriving airline passengers. It will take you through the passenger selection process to the final determination and seizure. This book highlights the achievements of John Rennish in major investigations, while bringing the realities of life and things that occur beyond your imagination. There are several seizures, of large amounts of narcotics, of jewelry and diamonds, as well as plant and animal material. Some of these seizures will make you laugh. This book also touches of the life of airport personnel and the way it really was in the 1960s and 70s.
