Membership is open to all federal employees who served with the U.S. Customs Service and HSI as either a Criminal Investigator/Special Agent or law enforcement support staff.

At Least 2 Years as an 1811 (e.g., Criminal Investigator/Special Agent, Customs Agent)
Retired From a Qualifying Agency (i.e., Customs Service, INS, ICE, HSI)
Not Currently Employed by the U.S. Government (Excluding Contractors)
