Regular Member

Open to retired federal employees who meet at least one of the following criteria:

1. Retired officers of the U.S. Customs Service (or its predecessor agencies, the Bureau of Customs or Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement) who served as Customs Agents, Customs Special Agents, or Homeland Security Investigations Special Agents (1811), were honorably separated from service, and have a reputation for good moral character.
2. Former U.S. Customs Service Officers who served at least two years as Customs Agents, Customs Special Agents, or Homeland Security Investigations Special Agents (1811), were honorably separated from service, are not current U.S. Government employees, and are known for good moral character.
3. Associate Members (as defined in Article I, Section 2(d)) who have been in good standing for at least three years may apply to the Board of Directors to become Regular Members. The Board will review these applications based on the member's service to the Association, participation in Annual Association Conventions, and involvement in Association Committees.
