During his federal law enforcement career, Dodge was awarded many performance and leadership awards but more importantly he was an outstanding leader who set an example for others and had the reputation of a DEA manager who loved DEA and our DEA Agents and personnel. In return, Dodge was loved and admired by all who knew him. He was an Agent's Agent. After his retirement he worked in the private sector until 2006.
